Rudeness. It is something that people think that will get them anything they they want. When people are rude other people shut up so that the other person dose'nt snap at them again. For people who are rude they don't understand that it is not just their rudeness that gets the other person to shut up but its the hurt they feel that gets them to shut up. When people get you shut up , they feel relieved that they dint have to listen to your boring story. They are just being selfish. They care only about their feeling and not yours. Somtimes you so badly need someone to share your secrets or your day to day to day life activities with. Everybody needs to do that.......thats part of life. Whats the use of a big secret if you don't get to share it with your best friend? ;) But what if your friend is not ready to listen? My best friend comes to me with boring stories all the time. But that dose'nt stop me from listening to her. That is because I dont wanna be rude and hurt her feelings. But sadly my friend is not like that. Yes ofcourse she is an amazing person......a friend I am so lucky to have. But she just can't listen to me. Every time I go to her saying "OMG! I have the most amazing news to tell you!" , I expect a "Oh really? tell me!!" , but all I get is a "Aiyoo, your obviously gonna say.....boring!". And that hurts. After so many incidents like that I automatically started shutting up. I could'nt take anymmore of the snapping at. I kept my secrets all to myself. But I still listened to my friend’s news even though they were still kind of boring. And all because I did’nt want to hurt her feelings. Then I could’nt take it anymore. I could’nt keep all this to myself. So one day it all came out! I told my friend how boring her stories were and how it hurt when she did’nt listen to me and snapped at me instead. I told her what a bad friend she was and before I knew it……it was over. Our 5 years of friendship was all over. Or atleast that’s what we said it was. Maybe rudeness got my friend all she wanted but she also lost something. She could have been more polite. Rudeness cost her a friendship! I just hope that everything will be okay soon and this incident would give us a chance to realize our mistakes and be back together again.
I could’nt afford losing a friend like her =(
